Conditions of Use

GENERAL
All orders accepted by Extreme Engines Ltd. are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

PRICES
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders are made through www.extremeengines.com or can be sent by fax, telephone, or post. All items are subject to availability. VAT and carriage will be applicable on all orders. Extreme Engines Ltd reserves the right to alter these prices in any way at any time as it sees fit.

DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by a chosen carrier service and are UK Mainland only. Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and all other destinations will have to be priced separately, by fax, phone, or e-mail. All products will be shipped within twenty eight days of receipt of order unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that stock runs out you will be contacted by phone / e-mail by a member of Extreme Engines Ltd. to inform you of the new proposed delivery date. International Delivery - Please email your order details to enquiries@extremeengines.com for a shipping quote.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
All goods must be opened and checked before signing delivery sheets from carriers. As any claims such as damage while in transit will not be up held by the carriers or Extreme Engines Ltd. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

CANCELLATION
Extreme Engines Ltd. will reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge of 50% for all cancelled orders. Cancellations must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.

RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. All goods ordered specially or modified to customer specifications can not be return for credit. It is the customers responsibility to return all goods.

WARRANTY
All goods are covered by manufacturers warranty only and manufacturers terms and conditions will apply. Extreme Engines Ltd will not be liable for any other manufacturers products or work carried out on engines if a product is used for something other than the purpose of which the original manufacturers intended.

PAYMENT
Payment is by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Cheque upon order. Orders are taken through our web site, telephone, fax, or post. Cheques should be made payable to Extreme Engines Ltd and are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which have to be represented. We also reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card payments over £1000.00, Payments over £1000.00 must be paid by Debit Card or bank transfer only.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier. The TITLE in the goods will remain with Extreme Engines Ltd and will only pass from Extreme Engines Ltd to the customer upon full payment by the customer, of all sums due for the purchase of our products on the customers account.
